I loved that the sessions were fixed after mutual discussion, with flexibility of timing—we have even had sessions at 12:00 midnight while I was interning. Ms Garg is authentic and honest in her approach and is a hardworking mentor. Most importantly, she believes in everyone's potential and focuses on what can be done better instead of making a student feel small for what has not been done. She helped me restructure my CV, which helped me bag the judicial internship.

Company Law Refresher Course
The experience has been academically enriching to say the least. Through the discussions in the classroom and the research pieces that the instructor used to make us read, I find myself reading the bare act better and analyzing a particular section in a more nuanced manner. I will recommend this course to any of my juniors in the future who are looking to have a career in commercial laws.

Legal Research and Writing Course
The course gave a well-rounded understanding of the subject, which was not an easy task considering the limited number of classes. I gained a semester's worth of knowledge in just a few classes. The instructor incorporated different methods of teaching so that we could get some foothold in not only the theoretical aspects of M&A, but the actual industry practices as well.

The overall experience is extremely enriching. There is a lot of learning that takes place. Since students come from different colleges, the intellectual level helps you think through a lot of concepts and makes you more inquisitive. On the whole, the course helps you think out of the box and also builds your interest to know more about company law and how it functions.

Advanced Company Law Course
Initially, I was honestly hesitant about opting for an online course because I have never done that before and online classes have never worked for me. Civil/ corporate law subjects were never my forte, however I just wanted to give it a shot. To be very honest, Priya Ma’am’s teaching is the best teaching I have ever experienced. I could never understand things so easily until I took your classes. Property law has now become my favourite subject. I have learned so much more in just a month than I have ever learned in my entire first year of law school. Your classes are interesting and fun to learn. Right from explanations to real life examples, you are the best teacher I have ever had. Honestly, later on I felt bad for not opting for the other two courses. And that is exactly why I have decided to take your classes now and in future. I have opted for courses of legal writing and advanced company law too because I know it will again turn out the best. Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to learn.
